IT Desktop Support Analyst Basel User Service (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Working with the given Tickettool Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
- Progressing of Incident and Request Management Tickets according process
- Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, network component installations
- Follow-up on hardware, software, network problems and initiation of the corrective actions and escalation procedures
- Performing short training- / consultancy sessions for up to 20 end users
- Participation at IT Welcome Zone Shifts (5 hours, 2-3 times per week)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience working in a similar position in a global matrix organization in a regulated environment
- Advanced know-how of the Google gSuite and Windows 10 in an Active Directory Environment 
- Apple iOS / MAC knowhow, experience with Mobile Device Management
- ITIL Foundation (v2 or higher)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German language
