My Client an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires an IT DELIVERY MANAGER (WEB & MOBILE CHANNELS)
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
The Delivery Manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects ensuring consistency with the department ADM Distribution Channels
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB:
to guide and steer involved teams to deliver requested content, to challenge business on listed requirement and to contain the scope. This assignment is about taking project management responsibility for the delivery of regular releases of department ADM Distribution Channels & CRM projects.
This involves responsibility over the full delivery cycle of release from Business requirement until delivery to the production:
Planning, coordination and follow-up
Demand management taking in new business requirements and delivery of estimates of implementation cost
Work closely with multiple stakeholders in a complex organization including Business, different software delivery contributors (internal or external, on and offshore) and Test Competence Center
The assignment can also include involvement in the roadmap definition:
This involves working closely with his or her business counterpart, architect and Asset managers in analysing the requirements. Obtain requirements descriptions on time from the business and challenge them to ensure the quality and feasibility.
Ensure the Business requirements are properly translated in functional specification and test scripts preparation.

+ Precision and clarity (Oral, written).
+ Communicative (with team members and with other colleagues, our clients
MANDATORY
- Knowledge of Banking sector
- Project Management methodology.
- Expertise with project planning tool.
- Expertise in gathering Business requirements, E2E analysis and test strategy.
- Experience with working in a complex organization.
- IT Skill/minded (Able to understand and discuss with IT-infra).
- Coaching skills(Sharing best practices).
Preferable:
- Knowledge of Web & Mobile banking
- Flexibility (in peak periods extra efforts may be required).
Languages:
Fluent in English. French or Dutch knowledge is a plus for the interaction with the end-users and the IT team.
