MY DUTIES:

-Support the delivery of IT services to internal and external customers
-Provide an effective and efficient interface between the IT and internal customers
-Incident and problem management
-Release and change management
-Request Management
-Hardware provisioning

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-University degree in computer science or related field
-Profound customer service skills and proactive customer service orientation
-Experience in a role with direct customer contact
-Good organisational and time management skills
-Ability to demonstrate initiative, drive and enthusiasm
-Fluent in English, second major world language desirable
