For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a IT Contract Management Support for a Contract.
Your responsibilities:
- Creating SOWs/Amendments by working with Line Managers
- Creation of contract requests in Contract Management Tool
- Support in "Requests for Proposal" (RFP) process for vacancies
- Update of contract records and requests with current live status
- Scanning and processing contract records
- On boarding of new staff - Organisation of building access and new employee set-up
- Obtaining Pre-Employment Screening (PES) documents for IT contract staff hire
Required Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of Contract Management life cycle
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Very good problem solving skills
