Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced IT CONSULTANT (CMDB, ITIL, HP) on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.
PROJECT SCOPE:
our client is looking for astrong IT consultant that possesses master data management experience within an IT Service Management environment (managing assets and service trees for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, applications, service level agreements, etc.. )
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with HP Configuration Management Database (CMDB) or universal Configuration Management Database (uCMDB).
-The role requires a blend of project management, business analyst and technical skills (CMDB or other similar tool).
- we are looking for a strong personality that can function in a highly matrixed global environment.
The IT consultant will work for the Global Configuration Management Process Owner and will be responsible for coordinating and managing data setup, maintenance and cleansing within the CMDB.
- Master data management experience or a background in IT Service Management processes (eg ITIL) are Mandatory.

- Location Basel
- Start June 2014
- End: December 2014
