IT Consultant for Process Optimization

For our client in Geneva, we are looking for an

IT Consultant for process optimization

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Geneva

Languages: French and English

The mission consist in designing and implementing the IT processes Continuous improvement model, and to coach the client's IT Process Owner Groups to include it in their procedures.

Processes in scope: IT Incident and Request management, IT Change management, IT Release & deploy management, IT Problem management and IT Demand analysis.

Deliverables:

- IT processes Continuous improvement methodology
- Required process, procedures and work instructions
- Associated documentations and training material
- Integration with the client's ITSM architecture, and project management methodology
- Training of the IT Process Owners Group
- Communication packages
- Change management plans
- Governance to pilot the change and the model

Needed skills:

- A strong experience in IT in general and ITSM specifically (ITIL certification and knowledge in ISO20000 is a plus)
- A proven experience in process continuous improvement projects (a LEAN/SigSigma certification or equivalent is required)
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to build synthesis
- Customer focus and results driven
- Project management
- Change management (not the ITIL one)
- Self-organized and pro-active
- Good communication and presentation
