IT Consultant - Document Management (Professional)

On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for an IT Consultant - Document Management to work on a project focused on DMS optimisation. You need deep understanding of DMS processes including scanning and digitalizing and to consider Pharma regulation frameworks. Start is preferably next week, working place is Basel, working time is 40 hours per week (no remote option).

Focus of this role:

- Requirements gathering with interviews/questionnaires, contacting key users worldwide in order to summarize needs and constraints with the process of Records Management in Pharma
- Evaluation of customer's in-house DMS - Sharepoint, Livelink and Documentum, and optimisation
- Evaluation, assessment and recommendations for the implementation of DMS in diverse locations globally
- Help preparing the documentation of the scoping of the projectassessing the GxP and Legal requirements in Pharma
- Provide input to the develop policies and guidelines for the implementation of DMS, including details about regulatory and legal aspects
- Target of your work is handing out a Business Case by end of the year and make sure the most appropriate customer specific solution for DMS can be implemented in 2013.

Special Requirements:

- Profound experience with SharePoint, Livelink and Documentum which enables you to gather requirements for the optimisation of the current DMS solution
- Pharma experience: you understand what GxP means
- Experience in regulated (Pharma) environments and multi-national/multi-cultural teams
- Quick learner, team player with technical background
- Fluent English
- German is welcome but not mandatory.

Project details:

- Start: 24.10.2012 will be perfect
- End: 31.12.2012
- No remote work option, normal working time will be 40 working hours/5 days in the Basel office
- Hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
