For our client, an international acting finance company, located in Frankfurt/Main (Germany), we are currently looking for an IT Change Manager (m/f)

Location: Frankfurt/Main (Germany)

Type of contract: unlimited contract/permanent position

Your key tasks:

You will be part of the team which provides the functional and methodological support to the service delivery effectively

* You be a part of a team in charge of managing IT change and release management processes, making sure that all changes to IT infrastructure and applications are prepared and executed in such a way as to minimize disruption to business services review and priorities requests for change

* You have to liaise with all IT technology functions to ensure any impact and risks associated with IT changes are correctly identified

* You have to initiate and manage post-implementation reviews of all changes in order to determine lessons learned, identify measures for improvement and follow up on their implementation;

* You have to provide training, guidance and support to ensure adoption of and adherence to the IT change management framework; * You have to identify opportunities for improving service operations processes

* You have to contribute to the design and development of change management processes, templates, tools, documents and reports. Your profile:

* Youve got a masters degree in computer engineering, computer science and/or business administration or another relevant field

* youve got several years experience as an IT system engineer or application expert in one or several IT fields (e.g. system, database, network, middleware, architecture, application design)

* Youve got proven experience dealing with IT changes in a complex corporate IT environment

* Youve got a solid understanding and experience of IT change management principles, methodologies, processes and tools (in large-scale projects or organizations)

*Youve fot a familiarity with several IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, PRINCE2) would be an asset

* Youve got a mastery-level command of English
