-Developing an OCM concept
-Designing and implementing measures in the configuration/change/release management area and processes
-Introducing and updating standard systems and tools
-Developing an operating model handbook in order to support the employees
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Very good knowledge of a change management model (e.g. ADKAR)
-Knowledge of Google sites and eLearning tools
-Ability to understand the overall context
-Very good presentation as well as communication skills
-Excellent English skills
-Previous experience in the pharmaceutical environment
