IT Business Engineer - Investment Advisory Process (5030)

For a long term project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced IT BUSINESS ENGINEER - INVESTMENT ADVISORY PROCESS (5030)

As a business engineer you are in a key role to ensure that the business requirements are considered correctly during the implementation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8+ YEARS IN A SIMILAR ROLE (BUSINESS ANALYSIS, BUSINESS ENGINEERING) IN THE FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH UML AND SQL
- To grasp the advisory process end to end, an understanding of UI/UX is ideal
- BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF MODERN UI TECHNOLOGY like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and AngularJS (see above with UI/UX)
- In-depth expertise in banking, finance, financial products, banking and advisory processes
- Good understanding of Software Development processes, preferably experience as a developer (some basic Java experience is needed)
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work within an agile team to implement various new features and projects to support the advisory team
- Document and maintain the product documentation
- Capturing epics and user stories
- Analyze new business requests and support the effort estimation of the team
- Conduct business analyses and technical analyses
- Advise business stakeholders
- Support testing activities
- Curate the product and business knowledge
