A leading Telecoms Carrier based in Brussels are searching for an IT Business Analyst to work on a mission within the mobile data domain (signalling, messaging and Mobile IP).
The successful IT Business Analyst will work on the MVNE initiative project gathering requirements, clarification thereof and obtaining an aligned vision with business stakeholders.
We are looking for candidates with a strong analytical mind with good analysis and modelling skills.
You will need to have good knowledge of MVNO, MVNE and M2M business with experience of service orchestration and billing flows.
Candidates should have good knowledge of mobile core components 2G, 3G, LTE (P-GW/GGSN, HSS/HLR, PCRF) network with an overall view of the mobile core network and understanding of call-flows (voice, SMS, data).
