For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst, Scrum Master to start ASAP in Zurich. This is a 6 month contract.
Main tasks will include the following:
Reaching challenging goals and deliver first grade business value by implementing adequate solutions
in an agile (Scrum), cost-efficient and goal focused manner
Create an excellent and trustworthy relationship with project stakeholders
You will be responsible to provide guidance to the project team and being responsible for
a team of developers (onshore and offshore)
Analyse, document and support prioritization of requirements, processes and improvement processes, ensuring a
common understanding between IT and Business
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor, Master or University Degree or equal qualifying experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements
Good knowledge of Funds products
Experience as Scrum Master in Banking is ideal
Experience in working agile methods
Strong communication skills with hands on mentality
Fluency in English & German is a plus
