IT BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER (BANKING)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English and German speaking Business Analyst/IT Requirements Engineer. The successful Business Analyst/IT Requirements Engineer will be Embedded in a project of a digital banking application running on desktops, tablets and mobiles. This contract position will be based in Zürich, Switzerland.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze and document business requirement
- Write IT requirements
- Manage requirement gathering and change process (version control, sign off meetings etc.)
- Responsible for the requirements engineering process
- In between business stakeholders and IT team
- Use of industry standards (like use cases, UML, flow charts, state diagrams etc.)
- Support the test manager in setting up test cases on the requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and further obligations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
You must possess:
- 5+ years experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Able to act between the business and software development team
- Manage requirements through the entire software development life cycle
- Ideally skills in German, to speak to German stakeholders
- Experience in GUI design and technical Back End service description (interfaces et al.)
- Management skills, to lead requirements workshops
- Writing and modelling skills, to communicate information effectively and represent requirements information in graphical forms
