IT BUSINESS ANALYST - PHARMACEUTICAL - SCIENTIFIC - ENGLISH - BASEL - SWITZERLAND

NextLink is having an existing position as an IT BUSINESS ANALYST for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

- Preferred start date: 23.07.2018 (or earlier if possible)
- Latest start date: 30.07.2018
- End date: 31.12.2018
- Extension: An extension might be possible
- Work location: 100% onsite in Basel

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support applications we manage in the manufacturing area

Working following ITIL and CSV guidelines

Define, run and document changes within the system

The candidate will be in close collaboration with the Manufacturing IT team

Gather, collect data and prepare reports

MUST HAVES:

Degree in Informatics or Engineering

+8 years of experience in the relevant area (business analysis with strong scientific background)

Former working experience in a manufacturing or laboratory area (at least 5 years)

Fluent English speaking is a must

Required technology skills (hands-on experience): SQL, Spotfire, Java, Javascript, R, Python, Solr

Experience in specifying and documenting of systems and applications

Self-reliant, resilient, flexible and have a high service orientation

Good technical understanding with good networked thinking

Good communication skills

NICE TO HAVES:

+++ German speaking

+++ Experience in Pharma production or IT environment (GxP, CSV)
