Business Analyst in the Antwerp area
On behalf of our prestigious customer we are looking for a Business Analyst consultant for a project in the PMO in the Antwerp area.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
- Analyzes business processes and helps define and document business requirements.
- Designs & applies procedures and processes effectively in compliance with the company's standards.
- Gains an understanding of business opportunities and challenges and identifies potential solutions that can add business value.
PMO department:
- Design collaboration model between PMO, Quality & IT department, by outlining end-to-end processes using swimlane diagrams. Template and tool development.
- Design & implement feasibility scan to address digital quality procedures in the Plan-Build-
- Improve PMO KPI dashboard (Qlikview)
- Execute QA-PMO audit readiness roadmap
SFDC/Veeva certification is a plus
