For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT BUSINESS ANALYST - HR IT/SWISS PAYROLL (5490)
HR IT leads the delivery of the major HR technology programs for the bank whilst providing ongoing maintenance and Run the Bank activities for a host of widely used applications. In this role you will create detailed system design requirements, including Feature Documentation, User Interface and Screen Designs, Use Case Scenarios, Workflow Diagrams and Data Models.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE APPLYING BUSINESS ANALYSIS TECHNIQUES BOTH IN FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DOMAINS
- OPTIONALLY ALREADY EXPERIENCE WITHIN SAP SWISS PAYROLL, HR-IT DOMAIN AND/OR TIME RECORDING REGULATIONS
- GLOBAL TIME RECORDS SYSTEM (GTRS) APPLICATION KNOW-HOW WOULD BE A PLUS
- WORKED AS IT BUSINESS ANALYST ON A PROGRAM OR A PROJECT THROUGHOUT ITS LIFE CYCLE FROM INITIATION TO DELIVERY
- Ability to interpret a set of business requirements and develop robust solutions
- Experience of working to a formal SDLC methodology, utilising a BA methodology within UML or others
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN (READING/SPEAKING) SKILLS WOULD BE A PLUS
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
- Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and working jointly with HR
- Describe the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
- Assist in quality control and project management
- Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- Coordinate with different IT and vendor teams (if required) to complete the implementation activities
- Conduct handover sessions with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams
- Assist with functional analysis of Level 3 incidents
