YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 10+ years' working experience along with extended experience in similar positions
- Familiarity with software development
- Relevant background in business analysis methodology, including UML2 visualization, documentation and requirements management
- Competency of efficient and sustainable achieving needed benefits for demanding stakeholder requests
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Identifying, analysing as well as evaluating analytical marketing and sales products, processes and services
- Specifying use cases and business rules for the tracking of user behavior on the web pages
- Conducting and training the Junior Analysts
- Collaborating with various stakeholders and acting as primary analytics specialist
- Performing support in business administration related issues, for example tracking and specification
