IT Business Analyst (BA) - 6 Month Contract - Start ASAP

A business analyst is sought for this well known brand, a leader in their field. Working as part of a Project Delivery team of >25, you will be required to develop business requirements relating to IT Project initiatives. You will look at planning, execution and implementation of application and infrastructure projects. You will contribute to development of sound business case proposals for new systems and major enhancements. You will translate client business needs into both functional and system requirements.

TO BE SHORTLISTED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

- Experience working in medium to large delivery teams
- Minimum 24 months experience in analysis of IT or Telco based project requirements
- Extensive experience/understanding of Software Development life cycle projects (SDLC)
- Experience in tools, methodologies and documentation standards ie Rational Rose etc
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Very good communication/presentation skills including stakeholder engagement skills
- Certification in BABOK- desirable
- Familiarity with System Engineering concepts
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
