IT Business Analyst, Agile/Scrum, Digitalization

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to join an exciting digitalization project for one of our banking clients in Zurich. The professional would be responsible for the business analysis work on the notification part of their new portfolio management system and would partially act as a SCRUM Master.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsibility for the requirements engineering process cycle
- Supporting the successful delivery of the project
- Acting as key point of contact between business and IT teams
- Helping with the product requirements
- Partially acting as a SCRUM Master, thereby organizing Agile team sessions and ensuring following of the standards and practices by all team members

IDEAL PROFILE:

- University Degree in Informatics or a related field of study
- Several years of experience in Business Analysis in the financial sector
- At least 2 years of experience with Agile projects, ideally acting as a Scrum Master or in hybrid roles
- Several years of experience with software development projects
- Process improvement and documentation skills
- Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English, German would be a strong asset
