For our banking client we are looking for a IT business analyst/Requirement engineer with leading skills
Startdate: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Location: Zurich
Main tasks:
- Projects: 1) Costs & Charges Reporting, 2) Loss Threshold Reporting, 3) Holdings Reporting, 4) Program Overall
- Oversee requirements engineering in all Client Information & Reporting projects: planning, monitoring, quality assurance, coaching
- Create and maintain e2e business processes
- Liaise with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements
- Translate business requirements into system requirements
- Create IT supplier requests and align with IT suppliers
- Establish and execute change management process
- Deputize program Lead Requirements Manager
Needed skills/experience:
5+ years' experience in Banking/Financial Industry:
o processes: tradingFront Office advisory or client reporting
o products: listed & OTC
5+ years' experience in IT requirements engineering space:
o elicitation, specification, modelling and quality assurance
o features, use cases, non-functional requirements, epics, user stories, UML
o Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) approaches
Languages: Fluent in English, German must be good understanding (B2+)
