IT Business Analyst

For our customer, we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work 100% within a TWIST transformation project. Implementation of Oracle RODOD stack.

Job description:

* Work closely with the project manager, IT architect, test manager, business representatives and other stakeholders to secure that a proper IT solution is developed to meet the business goals.
* Manage and secure business scope.
* Manage the overall requirement process from IT business requirements to functional requirements. This includes requirements elicitation, analysis, communication, verification and documentation.
* Collect and specify overall and detailed requirements to meet business objectives, including preparation of use-cases.
* Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes. This work will be done in the ARIS tool.
* Perform a gap analysis for the proposed solution.
* Document and manage agile requirements
* Manage prioritisation and re-prioritisation of requirements together with the business owner and other stakeholders.
* Handle requirements change management.
* Produce and secure requirement specifications when procuring new and existing systems within the project's scope.
* Participate in the assessment of proposed solutions and tenders in consultation with relevant architecture and maintenance units.
* Lead and facilitate the process of identifying and documenting new, improved and harmonized business processes.
* Organisational change management with focus on anchoring the changes that new and improved business processes and support systems introduce.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of Telecoms BSS/OSS preferred
- Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal) is required
