IT Business Analyst

Yoh has a Fulltime - Contract, opportunity for an IT BUSINESS ANALYST to join our client in Cary, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT Business Analyst needed for IT Merger Projects.
- Work effectively with the business to quickly learn the culture and relationships.
- Meet timelines, milestones, deliverables and provide timely (weekly) status updates.
- Creating associated documentation in all phases of the Development Life Cycle of a project from Analyze to Deployment.
- Create project documentation based on Client's project standards.
- Create Functional and Technical designs based on Functional Technical requirements and Fit Gap Analysis.
- Translates IT requirements into test scripts.

Job Qualifications:
- IT Business Analyst must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the information technology industry.
- A minimum five (5) years of experience analysing software requirements for IT Systems.
- IT Business Analyst with the ability to carry out assigned tasks with a professional demeanor reflected in excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, patience, analytical reasoning and problem solving abilities.
- This role is expecting that the person is familiar with Development Life Cycle methodology.
- IT Business Analyst that possess analytical skills to analyze data and identify quality assurance/quality control issues.
- IT Business Analyst with five (5) years of experience.
- IT Business Analyst with strong technical writing skills and the ability to present information in various forms such as textual, graphical and statistical.
- Modeling skills for requirements using standard UML practices and able to document using Enterprise Architect (desired).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Software (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio flowcharts, MS Project and SharePoint); (MS Office 2010 proficiency required).
- Knowledge of DB2 access tools is highly desirable.
- Passport Application knowledge is desirable.
