IT Banking Data Analyst

Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services company offering banking services.

We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated Technical Consultant to join our banking client in Geneva as a IT Banking Data Analyst (English speaking).
The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing information gathering routines for client list creation and analytical reports. This position will act as a liaison between the various systems that house client information and the business, and will be responsible for maintaining our list management processes.

The Role:

*Timely request fulfillment of data requests for Private Bank, including Front Office, Product Management, Marketing Communications and Lines of Business.
*Develop information-gathering routines in support of statistical analysis and reports
*Solve technical issues on document management& generation systems
*Prioritize and manage ad-hoc reporting requests.
*Support marketing programs, including data selection, processing, and output for direct mail and client communication list management. Coordinate with product managers, client communications team and lines of business.
*Track marketing programs using statistical Campaign Management techniques to provide information for decision-making about future campaign efforts.

Your Profile:

* Experience in data analytics and programming experience required
* Proficiency in reporting packages: SQL, Excel, Windows Scripting
* Exposure to following is an asset: Content Manager, Business Objects, Adobe Acrobat
* Superior analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and manage projects with tight deadlines
* Client and partner focused
* Able to report issues with honesty and integrity focused (manage confidential data)
* Partner effectively with business partners to drive the change that is required to become more efficient,
Predictable and metrics based.
* Fluent in English and preferably at least one more language.
* Demonstrates negotiation, resolution and communication skills
