IT Banking Business Analyst/Lead Requirement Engineer

Edelway AG is a Swiss IT Services Company. Our global Banking client based in Zürich, Switzerland, is currently looking for a Requirement Manager with a strong background in financil industry to join them on a long term basis.

As a Requirement Manager, you will be responsible for defining, setting up and establishing requirement management process for the MifID II program.

THE ROLE
* Establish requirements management process for allocated topics
* Elaborate high level requirements and ensure handover to delivery project
* Manage project scope on ongoing basis
* Coach and guide project requirements engineers across entire solution delivery life cycle
* Ensure high quality of requirements artifacts in delivery projects
* Create common understanding on project scope between business program management, business project management, IT program management and IT project management
* Support delivery projects in requirements space as needed

YOU NEED:
*7+ years' experience in IT requirements engineering
*A strong track record as Lead Requirement Engineer
*Financial industry, Banking Processes
*Fluent in English
