IT Associate Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Projektbeschreibung
You'll be the point person for tracking, managing and optimizing requests for resources on large IT infrastructure projects. You'll collaborate with project managers assembling implementation teams and with a variety of internal organizations that provide the resources for those teams. You'll be responsible for forecasting demand, finding opportunities to share resources across projects, and reporting staffing process metrics to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have strong MS Project skills, outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with others. Experience managing resources in an IT infrastructure organization is ideal. Experience working in matrixed PMO organizations is even better.
This is a 12 month renewable contract position.

* Excel
* PowerPoint
* Data Extracts/General Analysis
Plusses:
IT Infrastructure project experience
PMO/Matrixed organization experience
