Software Asset Manager - assent management and process analysis. 3 months contract at £300 to £400 per day.

My prestigious client in West Yorkshire is looking for a Software Asset Manager on initial 3 months contract which is likely to be extended up to 6 months at £300 to £400 per day depending on experience. My client have recently identified a number of non-compliance issues across their software estate and their asset management processes are not where they should be. This person will basically be defining and implementing new processes, roles and responsibilities across software asset management. They will be the link between procurement, architecture and outsourced partners. There is an audit coming up and this person needs to do a lot of the preparation work to get them ready for this and get them safely through it.

Ideal candidate must have had experience of managing third parties/vendors and suppliers. You must be a strong communicator and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
