IT Architect

We are currently recruiting for an IT Architect role based in Paris , France. This is a 6 month role with possible extension, with a start date being as soon as possible.

If you have extension IT solution and strategic analysing skills with a distinctive approach on contributing, establishing, and enhancing IT architecture, then you could be the perfect candidate for this role.

Task and Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to establish and enhance the IT architecture.
- Design IT solutions that meet business requirements related to the Data Integration and Analytics project fulfilling IT architectural principles and policies.
- Design overall IT Architecture solution for a project, including the identification of the correct tools and accurate strategy to support the companies Security Policies.
- Propose a data model, work alongside company staff in order to ensure the model is powerfully supporting all data of interest.
- Work with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse experts in order to ensure the ability of the model efficiently supports BI analytics.
- Assist the company in the analysis of pros, cons and solutions to support Business Intelligence, Data Virtualisation and Databases.
- Design databases with a logical method for Trade Repositories' transaction-level data, from incoming data specifications.
- Produce System Architecture Documentation, including interface specifications with existing systems.
- Participate in writing functional and technical specifications of applications or data and write technical documentation for tender procedures.
- Work alongside peer colleagues and users to collect requirements, analyse and evaluate proposals, conduct negotiations and implement specifications according to architectural standards.

Education and qualifications:
- A University or college degree in computer engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics.
- Professional experience and qualification in IT architecture methodologies
