We Offer:
- Challenging role as technical Application Specialist, working as an interface between developers and business support.
- Opportunity to specialise around securities applications.
- Act as 2nd level support line incident analyst and provide general and technical expertise to investigate, diagnose and apply workarounds and standard solutions.
- Decision to escalate to 3rd level support if no workaround/solution can be provided within the threshold of the SLA.
- Responsibility to raise change requests to trigger implementation of workarounds or solutions to incidents.
- Verify the result of the initial support by consulting the Knowhow Database (Wiki)
- Process actor in reactive and pro-active problem management facilitated by the problem management.
- Responsibility to contribute to knowledge management transfer process.
You Offer:
- Graduate degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience in the role of an application developer is of advantage.
- Profound PL1/IMS/DB2/Batch, Control-M, JCL/TSO/Host knowhow/Share Point/Confluence Wiki/Tortoise SVN/Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Solid IT process management experience as well as experience relating to IT service operation processes.
- Very good technical skills in Securities Management domain.
- Certifications in ITIL, EPLI or software management are of advantage.
- Proven level of personal competences such as communication, sense of urgency, delivery orientation.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who are also fluent in German.
