+ Daily operations and supporting the partner vendors
+ Travel to the partner vendors in Germany and if needed to other partners in EU
+ Troubleshooting
+ Deploying of new product/applications
+ Windows Operating systems
+ Citrix
+ Wyse/VMWare(plus)
+ Great Customer Service skills
+ 5+ years of techincal experience
+ English
