Key responsibilities will include the following:
Managing helpdesk call queues
Working closely with 1st Line Helpdesk and Helpdesk Team Manager
Knowledge Management
Reporting on Major Incidents
Police call queues and maintaining major incident tracking
You will be well organised Process driven with a basic technical understanding (Microsoft)
