We are currently looking on behalf of one of our clients in Geneva for an ISO 20000 specialist.
Your role:
- Audit the it services in order to define the project plan for the certification achievement
- Implement the ISO 20000 processes
- Liaise with the different stake holders
Your skills:
- Several successful implementations of ISO 20000
- Good background in IT services
- Expert in IT quality
Your profile:
- IT or quality education
- Excellent soft skills
- Well organised
- Dynamic and proactive
