ISIS Papyrus

We are looking for experienced Engineers with knowledge of the ISIS Papyrus Communication and Process Platform. You will work on a long-term project in this area with one of our main clients. You support and consult with your in-depth knowledge as Engineer and Support Specialist on that particular platform as well as with diverse operating systems and in a heterogeneous technical environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Software enhancements/bug fixing according to orders from Delivery Manager
- Analysis and Execution of effort estimations/cost estimation
- Creation of IT specification/SAD (Software Architecture Design)
- Implementation according to architecture guidelines (approved technologies)
- Perform Sign-Offs (ASO/DLC/PSO) according to SDLC process
- Testing and quality assurance (Unit-/Module and Integration-Tests)
- Deployment and Integration of Software according to the client's guidelines
- Support on Production-rollouts
- Ensure 3rd level support, respond to Incident/Problem tickets and support enquiries
- Process and first contact with issue requestor within 2 hours (during working hours)
- Execution of root cause analysis
- Taking over the lead, if necessary with assistance of business/vendor or other 3rd party products/vendors and problem resolution
- Take over the role of the Software Component (SWC) Manager
- Analyse IT Bulletins, identify dependencies and compliance issues (Input to Delivery Manager for proper planning in order book)
- Main contact for audit and risk assessments, periodical affirmation of FCRA (First Cut Requirements Assessment), Authorization concept/ECMS (Entitlement Configuration Management System), CDC-I (Client Data Confidentiality Inventory), i-Sac etc.
- Support in technical infrastructure changes (eg OCE (Offshore Capable Environment), x86 or Linux migration initiatives)

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in a similar technical environment
- ISIS certification L1 (this is a must-have)
- Mainframes (HOST) knowledge
- ISIS Papyrus experience. Mainly but not limited to "Papyrus WebRepository", "Papyrus Designer" and "OverView AFP Font and Image Editor"
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems including experience with Shell-Scripting
- IBM WebSphere & Tomcat as well as MQ WebSphere know-how
- Some JavaScript/JavaBeans and SOA know-how
- Fluency in English. German is an advantage
- Openness, good communication skills and open to work in a multicultural, international and fast paced company
- DB2 (OFM) experience is an added advantage

- University degree or equivalent educational background
- ISIS-Certification
- Any other relevant certification
