IPV Product Valuation Controller

This role sits within the Credit & Currencies IPV team with primary responsibility for the valuation control and reserving for Cash Credit & ABS securities and derivatives.

You will have ownership for the primary valuation control duties ranging from external vendor data management through to product/parameter level review and analysis.

*You must have direct IPV experience (including conducting evaluations) to be considered for this role

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Qualified accountant (or equivalent) with relevant experience in the Financial Services sector. Product/Business Unit Control or Valuation experience within Financial Institutions
- Experience of/demonstrated ability re delivering results in a fast moving, dynamic environment with proven ability to adapt and be responsive to changing requirements
- Business partnership role with experience of building strong business relationships and influencing at various levels
- Experience of working across the Finance function and influencing at various levels
- Experience of working across a wide range of Financial products and systems
- A strong understanding of the financial products and markets with the ability to add commercial context to business results
