Investran Support Analyst

A brilliant opportunity has opened for a Support Analyst with Investran skills in London. This is role where you are able to demonstrate your support skills for banking giant and work closely with business analysts, third party vendors and the elite development team. Focusing on day to day support of the product as well as change management and implementation of the change within the business: from an application perspective. The ideal candidate MUST: *Knowledge of Investran *Knowledge of Excel/VBA *Communications: able to present and facilitate meetings. Working well within a team and always able to route identify problems and help solve any issues that may occur. *Provide support, guidance and input for client migrations and data on boarding This is a permanent role that is based in Canary Wharf and is an immediate hire.
