One of our leading investment management clients require an experienced contractor in their London offices to perform Investment Guidelines activities, in the context of the on-boarding of circa 100 equity portfolios in line with company processes.

WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS INTERPRETED VARIOUS GUIDELINES (CLIENT/REGULATORY/PROSPECTUS) IN A SPECIFIC ROLE OR ROLES OR AS PART OF A PROJECT.

INTERPRETATION OF GUIDELINES; HOW TO IMPLEMENT IN A SYSTEM IN ORDER TO DO CONTROLS; LEGAL DOCUMENT TO TRANSLATE TO CODE SYSTEMS WITH; GAP ANALYSIS (BETWEEN SYSTEMS AND REGULATIONS).

SKILLS EXPERIENCE:

- Extensive experience in Investment Guidelines
- Extensive Asset management - Investment Guidelines, Compliance, Risk monitoring or Compliance

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS INCLUDE:

- Asset management: investment guidelines, mainly equity assets.
- Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
- Market data

The role will involve working with key stakeholders in the UK, USA and Asia, so we require candidates to have a flexible approach to working hours on occasion.
