My client, one of largest global investment banks, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Program Lead to join the company's cross-functional technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in servicing the regulatory and technology needs of a major financial institution across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide Project Management disciplines to US (Dodd-Frank) trade reporting initiatives

* Ensure requirements clearly socialised to all supporting infrastructure and operational functions in order to develop plans.
* Ensure creation of end-to-end infrastructure plans per Country and work to ensure these fit with the client's strategic IT model.
* Ownership of front to back program plan and responsibility to deliver key milestones.
* Work with IT and operations teams to build out the test approach and overall testing plan
* Ownership of release plans and co-ordination of releases
* Support status reporting and rolled up status input to central program management governance forums
* Provide support in EMEA to the overall Program Management lead for managing centralized processes for the Program

* Support central program management to engage with stakeholders in EMEA for core processes (e.g. budget development for the programme, Top IT Projects)
* Support development of materials for key program governance forums
* Ensure communication of EMEA initiatives and priorities into asset class working group meetings to ensure appropriate visibility

Qualifications:

* 3+ years project management experience in capital markets firm
* Experience dealing with senior MD/D level stakeholders and status reporting
* Prior experience of working in an investment banking environment in regulatory reform (i.e. BASEL) or Firm Financial Resources (i.e. in Finance or Product Control functions)
* Knowledge of derivative products (IRS, CDS, FX, Commodities, Equities, Futures)
