My Client, a leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage and a global leader in human capital and management consulting is seeking to employ a Full time Business Analyst Manager to work on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role Purpose:
Provide support to Project Manager, Account Manager and Sr. Account Manager to work with the client to document and understand the clients need, in the implementation and on-going support of Risk Console solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Responsible for mapping of client custom data conversions
Responsible for specifications for all custom client configuration
Responsible for specifications for all custom client reports
Responsible for specifications for custom client intake forms
Responsible for test plans for custom client configuration
Responsible for test plans for custom client intake forms
Responsible for test plans for custom client reports
Make a positive contribution to our client's rating of products and services via Net Promoter Score (NPS)

Previous Experience/Skills:

Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
Excellent ability to build and manage relationships
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of relational databases
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint,Visio)
Insurance Knowledge (Claims, Policy, Risk Management) Essential
Multi Lingual (German, Spanish, French, Italian) a bonus
Educated to degree level or similar
