Internet System Administrator

Internet System administrator wanted for one of our Vevey based clients in the food industry.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Background in system administration along with 5+ years of working experience in real world Web
- Excellent understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTP) as well as Web Security and performance best practice
- Expertise in Linux command line usage and Shell Scripting and in GNU/Linux (RHEL & derivatives will be of advantage)
- Proficiency in Perl/Python/PHP and/or Ruby beside profound experience with automation/configuration management, preferably Puppet
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, Containers) and CDN solution is advantageous
- Ability to work independently along with high degree of professionalism
- Languages: fluent French both written and spoken and conversational English
