International Reward Project Manager

The client: Our client is a leading global retail organisation with which is constantly striving to expand its global brand. Key to the success of this global expansion is the companies employees and the impact they can have in new offices across the globe. To fit with this strategy, our client is seeking a reward professional with strong international exposure to help drive their reward strategy. This position is initially being offered on a 6 month contract and will be a part time(3 days a week). The role itself is based inCentral Londonand paying the equivalent of £60K annual salary. The role: This position is a mix of operational support and policy development with the aim of driving company reward forward. The role will involve: * Developing local and international reward policy * Collating global data to influence reward strategy decisions. * Communicating this strategy to offices across the globe. * Supporting the international assignment process * Support with benchmarking, market analysis and the salary review in both local ad international offices * Ensuring policy keeps up with current reward market trends The candidate: The ideal candidate for this role: * Strong exposure to international reward * Strong experience of assignment services and global mobility * Experience of working on reward policy and strategy * Experience of working in an international organisations * Strong technical reward skills
