INTERNATIONAL IT COMPANY - SOFTWARE TEST ENGINEER CONTRACT - 6MTHS+ - DUBLIN
My Client is recruiting a multilingual QA SOFTWARE ENGINEER/TESTER for an initial 6mth contract. The successful Candidate will be responsible for the follow;
OVERVIEW:
- Be an essential member of a small, dynamic team that manages content validation.
- Complete daily efforts while meeting the quality bar and exceeding KPIs.
- BUG TRIAGE - Manage inbound content validation in TFS and/or Product Studio.
- Communicate directly with the team and product teams to resolve issues. Identify, prioritize and manage assigned content validation offerings.
- Process Documentation - Document, improve and update multiple processes using Visio.
- Technical Support - Provide support to partners and developers regarding content validation questions.
- Reporting and Analysis - use Excel as a tool to conduct daily reporting and analysis across multiple databases to proactively content validation issues.
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT - bi-lingual and/or tri-lingual. Ideally this would be ENGLISH + GERMAN + Spanish/French/Portuguese
