International Biormarker Program Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Responsible for forecasting, tracking costs and approving invoices associated with sample collection and analysis
-Accountable for preparation of sample handling training and collection/processing material for investigator sites/monitors and CROs
-Accountable for sample reconciliation and query resolution
-Participate in operational management of the central CROs to ensure delivery
-Against the contracted scope of work and monitor CRO/site performance with respect to sample collection and quality
-Responsible for preparation of the study specific Biosample Management Plan with input from the Medical Affairs Biomarker Leader as a deliverable to the study team to document sample collection and analysis
-Provide regularly status updates and reports to the study management teams, medical affairs biomarker leaders
-Oversee specialty laboratories to ensure delivery against the contracted scope of work and alignment to study timeline incl. implementation of corrective actions if required
-Oversee the finalization of file format specifications and data delivery in line with study timelines

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Life sciences degree or equivalent experience
-Proven experience working in teams managing clinical studies, site monitoring or working in clinical studies at an investigator site
-Proven clinical or biological laboratory experience with evidence of involvement in the processing and/or analysis of biological samples
-Proven ability to work successfully under pressure
-Proven planning, organizational, and time management skills
-Proven effective communication, presentation and influencing skills
-Vendor Management experience advantageous
