Internal Sales Administrator

Projektbeschreibung

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customer base and industry groups across a broad range product requirements and market opportunities
* Develop customer files and actively communicate leads and activities throughout sites and sales offices
* Promote product portfolio by general marketing, and quoting activities.
* Stay current in the status of competitive products that may affect the company's competitive position, evaluate these products
* Interact with global locations
* Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
* Update contact and enquiry / quotation databases
* Create and conduct proposals and RFQ responses
* Control expenses / costs to meet budgeted margins / guidelines

Required Capabilities:

* Have a strong technical awareness
* Must have demonstrated sales results, creative ability
* Must be able to communicate with team members and customers at all levels within a diverse workforce
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills
* Strong abilities to compile professional bid / quote packages
* Fully conversant and literate in all Microsoft Office software (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
* Ability to get the best out of technical support teams.
