Salary is £70-£80 per day

PTS is working on behalf of a leading global client who are seeking to hire a Internal Communications Executive for their customer care team. The Internal Communications Executive will be involved in planning and delivering projects to support the internal communications team. You will ensure the smooth production of creative assets and support the delivery of leadership/process change messages through the communication channels.

Key Duties:

- Be an proficient project manager in the delivery of small scale operational projects across the company.
- Deliver an excellent level of service managing the day-to-day internal customer relationship.
- Maintain a big picture' awareness of activity and ensure this is reflected in project deliverables where appropriate.
- Identify potential internal news stories, conduct interviews, research and write stories for the internal magazine.
- Edit daily news stories and other content for internal publications and reports.
- Produce and distribute process changes and internal news content using various media.
- Edit photos and create materials using Photoshop.
- Act as the 1st point of contact between the creative services and the internal communications team.
- Take day-to-day responsibility for production of creative assets working with the client's internal teams.
- Develop well designed and engaging materials for leadership presentations/face to face activities.
- Liaise with the management team to organise meetings and teleconferences to different stakeholder groups across the company.
- Be a key point of contact for the team and stakeholders providing ad hoc cover for team members where appropriate.

Successful candidates will ideally have qualifications in public relations, communications or marketing. Candidates will have strong MS Word, PowerPoint skills and you will gain some exposure to Photoshop (any previous experience is beneficial). Candidate will have creative skills, enjoy working to deadlines, excellent attention to detail, enthusiastic and enjoys working within a team.
