Internal Communications Specialist - Hampshire - £35-45k

A unique opportunity to be a part of the Business Change projects as the Internal Communications Specialist has recently arisen within a successful company based in the Hampshire area. The role itself will involve a high level of stakeholder engagement providing comprehensive communications about Business Change Projects. The role holder is expected to be creative and find innovative yet effective means in order to engage with a wide range of audiences.

As the Internal Communication Specialist you will be tasked with communicating a variety of Change Programmes. There will be the opportunity to use creative methods, however it is critical that messages are well communicated in order to reduce unsettlement caused by change and to embed new working practices. Therefore, it is highly desirable that the successful Communications Specialist shows the charisma required to negotiate with gravitas and the credibility to engage the business at all levels

Responsibilities

The internal communications specialist will be expected to gather a key understanding of the business change projects early in the process and devise a successful campaign plan for a variety of projects.

The role will include:

- Delivery of communications to impacted audience
- Measuring the success and effectiveness of the communication interventions
- Design and development of creative communication materials

Skills and Experiences

It would be advantageous that you have worked in Business Change previously and in particularly within the confines of a regulated environment.

You should then be able to demonstrate the following skills:

- A strong track record of Internal Communications development and delivery
- Ability to turn complex language into identifiable, appropriate language for the audience
- Experience using variety of and owning communication channels effectively
