Internal Communications Officer (f/m)

For our client, a well-known European bank, located in Frankfurt/Main (Germany), we are currently looking for an Internal Communications Officer (f/m).

Your key tasks:

* Implement of internal communications strategy - key message should be delivered to their target audience in an effective manner
* Managing of the existing internal communication channels- oversee content compilation and identify the most beneficial channel mix to reach targeted audiences and to achieve desired communication outcomes
* Evolving and identify of internal communication channels to innovate existing communication channels or to create new ones
* Develop measurement criteria and processes to effectively evaluate internal communication programmes; establish and track metrics that help correlate internal communication programmes to employee and organisational performance
* Draft intranet posts on core business topics, with a particular focus on banking supervision.
* Advising the various business units on internal communication (e.g. define messages, audiences and channels together with other business areas)

Your profile:

* Bachelor or master degree in communication, journalism, political sciences or comparable
* At least 4 years of relevant professional experience in the field of communications
* Awareness of internal communication trends and experience with analysing and introducing new communication channels
* Experience in internal communications, with social media, multimedia and video productions or experience in creating concepts for visual communications (such as infographics) would be an asset
* Advanced command of English
