Internal Change Communication Consultant

£250 - £350 per day

The role is to support the delivery of all initiatives from a communications and engagement perspective for a large cultural change project.

You will be tasked with ensuring communications efforts are aligned to brand and are engaging, initiatives land well, delivered in a timely manner and are high impact.

My client is looking for someone who has at least 5 years communication management experience and ideally experience to support cultural change through effective communications.

This person will:
Review and challenge communications and design work.
Focus on assisting organisation of events, time lines and the logistic side of the role.
Assist during colleague road shows and team evens
Planning communication and reviewing communications
Help cover for the technical graphic design elements of the role when other 2 SME's are not doing it during peaks.
Listen and adapt based on colleague feedback.

This position will likely extend into 2015 due to the volume of work required.
