INTERNAL AUDITOR

INTERNAL AUDIT - SOX 404 - SOC1 - ASSET SERVICING - ASSET MANAGEMENT - FINANCIAL SERVICES

Our client is a leading international financial services institution who is looking to appoint an Internal Auditor on a 6 month contract basis.
This person will be part of their EMEA Audit team providing support on risk based projects, primarily relating to SOX 404 and SOC1. This will involve conducting and documenting SOX 404 testing, working with relevant business teams to confirm the scope of the testing and formulating a suitable testing approach. They will be responsible for the execution, documentation and reporting of audit results amongst other duties. The role may require some travel.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
Experience testing SOX 404 and SOC1 controls
Extensive knowledge and application of audit procedures and standards
Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures that relate to auditing/accounting standards;
Aanalytical skills are necessary to prepare and document audit reviews.
Sound operational knowledge is required to properly audit operations, services, systems, workflow and operational impact on other areas.
An understanding of risks and controls related to asset servicing and/or asset management activities, including operational, compliance and credit risks.would be advantageous
