Internal Auditor

INTERNAL AUDITOR - ASSET SERVICING - ASSET MANAGEMENT - RISK MANAGEMENT - OPERATIONAL CONTROL - EMEA

Our client is currently looking to appoint an experienced and proven Internal Auditor to join their Audit Services function to focus on internal audits across the corporation impacting on the EMEA region. This Auditor will conduct and document internal audits, working closely with Audit Project Specialists, Audit Project Managers and Audit Managers to confirm the scope of the audit and to devise appropriate testing approach, providing technical audit expertise throughout the engagement.

The successful applicant will have worked as an Internal Auditor within a financial services environment, with extensive knowledge of risks and controls- including operational, compliance and credit risk within the industry.

YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE FURTHER KNOWLEDGE/WORKED EXPERIENCE OF:- - Audit procedures and standards (planning execution and reporting of an audit).

- Knowledge of corporate policies and procedures that relate to auditing/accounting standards.
- Knowledge of the operations, functions and objectives of interfacing areas within the financial services industry (operations, services, systems, workflow, risk).
- Exposure to dealing with EMEA requirements and current regulations.
- Delivery focused and adaptable to time constraints and project deadlines.

The role may require some travel; therefore the right candidate must have the flexibility and necessary documentation in place to travel (Maximum 1 week a month).
