INTERN/CAMPUS RECRUITER 360' WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree with substantial strong experience in the Technical or IT industry
- Several years of hands-on recruitment experience, especially within Campus Recruitment and working with candidates from diverse backgrounds who are starting their careers (preferably for Technical or IT positions)
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situation; influencing and negotiating diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to deliver high quality results in a timely manner individually and through others; initiating actions and accomplishing goals across a wide range of teams and projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop recommendations and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
YOUR TASKS:
- Working effectively with a large volume of candidates and hiring managers. Managing both the candidate and offer process across multiple locations
- Keeping candidates and hiring managers continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
- Keeping partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members as well as partnering organizations coordinating work cross-functionally and influencing peers, project leaders and/or managers
- Solving problems and producing solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities
- Participating in Event Management
