My client is looking for an experienced interim Talent, Succession and Development Consultant to work with them on a 3 month basis; designing the strategy and roadmap for their learning and development function. They currently have processes within learning and development but a recent employee survey has suggested there are a number of areas to improve
Areas of focus will include succession planning, appraisals, mentoring & Training, professional & Personal development, secondment plans and culture change.
This is a unionised business that could be adverse to change. You will be motivational and engaging in your approach whilst being able to manage potential conflict.
This role would suit an experienced Talent and Development consultant with experience in strategy and re-vamping Talent plans and strategy as well as culture change that inevitably produces a return on investment for the business and a productive, effective workforce.
